By installing or using Cuepin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Cuepin is a free video player for files stored on your device, with pins, notes, playback speed and A-B loop. It is supported by ads.

Your content

You are responsible for the videos you open in Cuepin and for having the right to use them. Cuepin does not provide, host or upload any video content. Your notes and pins stay on your device and belong to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
• Do not use the app to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not interfere with the ads, for example by generating fake clicks or impressions.

Ads and third-party services

The app shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase. Their use is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by Google's terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or work with every video file or device. Keep your own copies of important files and notes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
